The 2025 ZR2 Bison is a special edition of the Chevrolet Colorado ZR2, a mid-size pickup truck known for its off-road capability. The Bison package adds a host of features designed to enhance the truck’s performance in challenging terrain, including a front bumper with a built-in winch, a rear bumper with integrated recovery points, and upgraded suspension components.
The ZR2 Bison was first introduced in 2019, and the 2025 model year brings a number of updates, including a more powerful engine, a new transmission, and a revised interior. The 2025 ZR2 Bison is powered by a 3.0-liter Duramax turbodiesel V6 engine that produces 281 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. This engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, which replaces the six-speed automatic transmission that was used in previous model years. The 2025 ZR2 Bison also features a number of new interior features, including a revised center console, a new infotainment system, and a heated steering wheel.
