Resetting a Firestick is the process of restoring it to its factory default settings. This can be useful if you’re experiencing problems with your Firestick, such as freezing, crashing, or not responding. Resetting your Firestick will erase all of your data, so it’s important to back up any important files before you begin.
There are two ways to reset a Firestick: through the Settings menu or by using the reset button. To reset through the Settings menu, go to Settings > System > Reset > Reset to Factory Defaults. To reset using the reset button, press and hold the reset button on the back of the Firestick for about 10 seconds. The Firestick will then restart and begin the reset process.
