Suspending subdecks in Anki is a useful way to temporarily remove them from your review queue without deleting them. This can be helpful if you want to focus on other material, or if you’re struggling with a particular subdeck and need a break.
To suspend a subdeck, simply click on the “Edit” button in the subdeck’s header, and then select “Suspend”. You can also suspend multiple subdecks at once by selecting them in the deck browser and clicking on the “Suspend” button in the toolbar.
