Project 2025 is a long-term plan to improve the public service workforce in the United States. The plan was developed by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and is designed to address the challenges facing the public service, such as an aging workforce, a shortage of qualified workers, and a lack of diversity.
Project 2025 has four main goals:
